this is a great diet.lost 35 pounds in less then 3 months.seems like all i do is eat.15 to go to target weight of no fat. i thought it would be a year or so, considering the years of low fat dieting. my blood pressure is normal now. doctors could never get it down. love my home made bran and gluten bread.
