Default Meat&Eggs diet...how long??

How long can I go on the Meat&Egg diet?? I've been on it 2 days so far but I want to stay on it for 2 weeks or more. Is that ok?? Will it stall my weight loss some how if I stay on it?

I'm not sure if there is a rule as to how long you can stay on it, but I think you'll get pretty sick of it even after 1 week. Start a clean induction and stick with whole foods.

I've been on meat and eggs as a re-induction for 13 days now...with only having eaten a tiny bit of cheese on two occassions....I feel great, I actually enjoy not having to force vegetables into my meals, and I've dropped about 8 lbs in the 2 weeks....I guess at some point, I won't force myself to restrict cheese and some veggies, but to be honest, I'm not going to force myself to have those things any time soon either....

...I guess it's a personal preference, but if it's working, and you're enjoying the food, and losing the carb cravings, then I say stick to it....

I have doing M&E since the middle of March. I have a small bit of veg once in a while, sometimes some macadamia nuts or cheese. And of course, my weight loss slows down the more I deviate from M&E. When I am very strict (5 carbs/day) I lose 1 pound every other day. And I feel totally fine and healthy.

Default Need Help!!!

I've been doing M&E since June 10th. Why in 2 weeks I've only lost 2lbs? I am expecting TOM this week and the 2 lbs I lost I just regained it. Am I doing something wrong or should I give it more time? Would like someone's insight on this. I know the sudden change is water retention but I was under the impression I would loose more than 1 lb a week. Atkins alone I was loosing 1.5 to 2.0 lbs a week. I am kind of confused. Thank you for any advice you guys can share. Have a lovely day!

Visit here and post some days worth of foods so we can take a look

M&E is not a quick weight loss scheme but we can see if maybe you are eating things you shouldn't or perhaps not eating enough of some things...
