I've been on meat and eggs as a re-induction for 13 days now...with only having eaten a tiny bit of cheese on two occassions....I feel great, I actually enjoy not having to force vegetables into my meals, and I've dropped about 8 lbs in the 2 weeks....I guess at some point, I won't force myself to restrict cheese and some veggies, but to be honest, I'm not going to force myself to have those things any time soon either....
...I guess it's a personal preference, but if it's working, and you're enjoying the food, and losing the carb cravings, then I say stick to it....
