Sleep deprivation is killer and it will inhibit weight loss.
My recommendations:
Lean on easy lc friendly foods--wasa crackers with cheese, cheese, carrots and dip, nuts, berries, pears, apples, lettuce etc...
Also,work on building a repertoire of easy LC crock pot meals.
And get the Shape 20 min body makeover DVD. Killer workout, 20 minutes all a busy momma needs.
And don't worry too much about weight loss, focus more on good habits kwim?
