This is a wonderful salad. I take a chicken breast (I like to micro until cooked through) and marinate with a small amount of greek salad dressing ( I use Panera Bread Company's dressing and use a drizzle) and some green peppers and mushrooms. Then I put it in some foil and broil it for about 5 minutes into its brown. I serve it over a salad. Yum.
