You are right, Momma - different products use different starches, so it would depend on where you are on OWL (if doing Atkins) as to when you could use the product. The potato starch would in my mind make it a rung 8 option.

Many "gluten free" products do contain non-induction ingredients even though not containing wheat, so we have to be careful to read labels to decide when to use them on our Atkins journey.

Picking up on what Caroxx wrote, if they were using cellulose not potato starch, rice starch, wheat starch etc to stop it sticking then I suppose that if the cellulose is derived from something induction "friendly" then it would be OK on induction.
