Question What to do first?

Anyone know weather its better to lift first then do cardio? Or should I be doing it the other way around? I seem to get more cardio in if I have lifted first... maybe the lifting kick starts my energy?

for the most benificial muscle building benefits from lifting, lifting should be done first.

For the most beneficial cardiovascular benefits, cardio should be done first.

So it depends on your priorities:-)) And on your body. If weight lifting help you with cardio - do it first. For me it is the reverse: cardio help me to get energized for weight lifting.

there are studies that have proved that more calories are burned if lifting is done before cardio as compared to the other way round... don't have links since i read this in "men's health" and "musclemag" the other month
