Hi,

Just a little update...I have been painting and decorating like a MADWOMAN for 3 days and have finally lost 3lbs...
I am still a bit frustrated at being 'deep purple' and still such slow progress...but I FEEL so great!
My energy is annoyingly high!!
To be honest, I am still slow on water intake...
