Outside in the park, in the sun, ran for 35 minutes straight, walked the rest.

1200 minute goal / 100 minutes today / 1020 minutes complete

Outside in the park, walked 20 minutes then I ran for 60 minutes straight, with 20 minute walk after.

I decided to train for long distance running. I've been toying with the idea but now I know I will.

I will do 1 long run that increases my distance each week. I will also run 5 days a week too.

Cross posted in my journal:

I went roller blading while my youngest 2 DD's were riding their bikes along, then one stopped at her friends and the other went home. I did my version of sprints, on the uphill slope of my front street, then coasted back. 25 minutes total, I was winded but if I slowed down for a minute I could sprint again without any problems or pain or weakness or tiredness.

I did my weight lifting when I got home.
