Default baked salmon

my new favorite salmon bake:

on a piece of tinfoil spread a little mayo (it helps the fish stay moist and not stick to the pan)

then on top of the fish sprinkle a little pepper
then put a small layer of mayo
then cover with shredded cheese
then sprinkle with bacon bits

close tinfoil around fish

cook in a 375 degree ovin till done (cooking time will vary depending on how big your piece of fish is, it is done when it is all light pink; as opposed to the dark pink uncooked color)

this can also be cooked on the grill, just put a thicker coating of mayo on the tinfoil and put the tinfoil directly on the grill

i ate this tonight with a salad on the side.
