Low carb doesn't work for me?
I started low carb 3 month ago. I'm not following any plan strictly, not looking for a fast weight loss.I cut out rice/noodle/cake, things like that. And reduced my daily calorie intake by 600. Started jogging every other day too. However, all this work, didn't lose a single pound.....It just messed up my period, that's all it did....
Now I'm wondering, is low carb diet simply not for me? Since I do not eat sweets originally. I just never had much sugar in my diet to start with. I ate rice/noodle. When I ate bread, I usually go for whole wheat ones anyway. I ate lots of veges and fruits to replace those things I cut out, the low fat factor is causing me to constipate too...So I started adding more fat/oil in my diet now to solve this issue. I also have pretty slow metabolism.
Does anyone know what might be the issue here?
