Both are allowed, but you should read the ingredients to make sure that no sugar or other carbohydrates have been added.

You need to check the list of ingredients to see if what is in the particular product is an allowed ingredient.

Any reason I shouldn't have unsweetened almond milk? It states 1.5 carbs per 250ml on the label. I'm back on induction, but got used to almond milk on paleo.

Only reason is that it didn't exist in 2002.

Default Nuts and induction menu

I am in the induction stage and I bought Aktins protein bars with a net count of 2g. But it contains nuts and nuts are not on the induction menu. So is it okay for me to have them when in the induction phase or no?

My thought would be to save them for later.

Be kind to yourself and stay away from "frankenstein" foods, if you really want to learn a new way of eating. Could you really eat just one protein bar? Take a look at the sweet recipes on the forum while you're on induction.
