Default A bad day?

I feel like I ate badly today:
around 9am I ate 1/2 a homemade lc chocolate chip cookie (in a rush)
at 12:30 i had steamed brocolli w/ butter and a salad with hardboiled eggs, black olives, cheese, sunflower seeds, and ranch.
Around 4:30 I had 2 more cookies and a half cup of Hoods milk
At 8 I had eggplant parmasean (i ate about 2/3 of a small eggplant baked w/ carbquick with probably a half cup of cheese and 1/4 cup tomato sauce and more black olives.)
Then I had 2 more cookies and another glass of Hood's.

I know I had waaaay too many cookies but they are very small and its TOM so I "needed" them. How bad was my day?

Five LC cookies? Depends on how many carbs they are, and what your target daily carb level is right now. The rest of your food looks pretty great, so...IMO, not bad.

Don't sweat it.

thanks lucy... the cookies were about 1.5 carbs each. I eat around 50 carbs a day usually. well at least I ate them all so they're GONE now! I had put them in the freezer to get them outta sight-outta mind, but being frozen just made them yummier! argh...cookies...i can never have just one

Weird, but I have no desire for sweets, like cookies, ice cream, candy, etc. I know I have not eated a cookie in at least two years. To tell the truth, I never cared for cookies when I was heavy. My problem was bread and pasta. Which made me fat with great teeth! LOL! At work we have a coffee club that trots out doughnuts, cookies, etc. They are right by my deks and I don't bat an eyelid. I think I'm the only person who does not belong to the club. Yes. they marvel at my weight loss and go back to eating the the doughnuts.
