Leaving for vacation on Saturday, but I'll join you when I get back. I usually have pretty good success with meat and eggs, but normally can't do it straight for long periods of time. I usually do it 3-4 days straight per week and then eat LC the rest of the time. However, if I do it right, I can usually lose 4-6 lbs.

Hi Kosmo That will be great to see you when you get back
I really love the "melting" aspect of this WOE.......I did well many years ago when there was a real crowd of us on here doing Meat N Eggs.

If anyone interested in reading back here are the links to both the old threads

Pleased to say I have stayed OP today.
I will weigh tomorrow if I remember.
Eats. -

2 fried eggs in coconut oil and butter

1/2 cup panfried cooked mincemeat put in frypan and 3 eggs and small amt water and seasoning, beaten and poured over and cooked in pan.Was rather tasty.Would be nice with beef pork chicken or Bacon I reckon and just vary seasonings.

Tonight I had a sirloin steak 2 slices bacon and 1 mouthful cream cheese while cooking it all.
Could have had more water but drank the water bottle I took to town.

I managed to stock up on some meat so ready to do battle with those excess llbs.
Can notice that I feel less bloated already.
Had a slight headache this afternoon but has since gone.

This is my WOE! I have been eating basically protein and fat for about a year. I do not like eating meat, so I try to make up my protein in other ways. I don't exercise at all, though I keep meaning to. Oh, and I am 61y old.

My balance is 80% fat, 15% protein, 5% carbs.

Breakfast: I eat eggs fried in oil oil, ham, coffee and HWC

Lunch - I make a "bread" out of ground flaxseed, chia and water, toast it and spread with lots of butter and soy butter (I am peanut allergic), chicken broth with gelatin added, and homemade HF gelatin (made from coconut oil, butter, strong berry tea, whey powder, vanilla and gelatin - no sugar/sweetener)

Dinner: scrambled eggs with HWC, fried with bacon and butter, with green peppermint tea

Snacks: 1 sq. Lindt 90% dark chocolate
5 walnut pieces spread with soy butter
coffee with HWC

After weeks of 1 hour a day gym/cardio fairly intense Ive busted through all barriers with the biggest week loss to date.

Its exciting and although it takes an hour on a treadmill to eat up 2 donuts calories there must be more to weight loss and exercise than that. Im very comfortably meat and eggs but have added 2 cucumbers a snack and that will be it for the next month

WTG on your loss!

I haven't had any greens really the last two days....Sure miss them.
I will review things tomorrow and see if I've lost anymore or not...may consider one small serve.I like the sounds of cucumber & or spinach!
