Hi Mary
I was down .4 today but yesterday with dinner I had a very low carb breaddie thing that I make when I miss bread.
I am planning to do meat and eggs days every other day allowing the bread thing or a flaxseed muffin if I want it. On alternate days I will add a small salad.

Great I'm happy you lost a total of 2.4 lbs. way to go!!
I think it is a great idea to do it on alternating days. I might give it a try.
Yesterday I had some cauliflower with cheese and ham and I suffered today from the bloating. I've learnt that cauliflower is a no never again
As for today I'm up to 225 lbs but it maybe because of the bloat. I'll be doing a carb nite soon to try new things that might speed the weight loss, I've been doing keto for 40 days straight now.
I'm planning in 5 days or so to have higher carbs but will try to stay with the good ones.

Sure I will, and I'm thinking about doing just meat and eggs after as it might help me to get rid of the excess water after that carb up!!

Oh man I am kicking myself this evening. All day long I have been fighting sugar cravings and I finally caved to chocolate and an ice cream cone. My heart is racing from the sugar. Guess I will try to fast a long period tomorrow.

Just wanted to check in here. Today the menu was coffee with butter,egg, cheese, and flax waffle. Pork neck and whipping cream with almonds. Basically below 10 carbs but had dairy and will see the result!!

Thanks Mary. I did a bit better today but still not back on track! I put 3lbs. back on in my foray yesterday . I will be fine it is out of my system now.

Don't worry about the 3lbs, just get back to the plan and you'll lose them fast. It's just water weight! I gained almost 5lbs because of bloating and muscle spasm. Also some pain medication caused me to retain some water. As of today I lost 2lbs and still have 3 to go. Just trust the process
