Great I'm happy you lost a total of 2.4 lbs. way to go!!
I think it is a great idea to do it on alternating days. I might give it a try.
Yesterday I had some cauliflower with cheese and ham and I suffered today from the bloating. I've learnt that cauliflower is a no never again
As for today I'm up to 225 lbs but it maybe because of the bloat. I'll be doing a carb nite soon to try new things that might speed the weight loss, I've been doing keto for 40 days straight now.
I'm planning in 5 days or so to have higher carbs but will try to stay with the good ones.
