I used to give piano lessons but I don't think that is what you mean by your question!
You might try this, you can use EFT Tapping for stress, anxiety as well. And if you pause during your day (if you have time to do so) for just a few minutes you can meditate, do breathing exercises, or tap tap tap. Also being sure that you aren't too hungry during the day, be sure your blood sugar levels are steady.

This video definitely helped me, actually helped clear away some of my brain fog as well. I misidentify being frustrated, scared, lonely, angry, sad, tired, with being hungry, and look for solutions in the refrigerator. This video is spot on. Believing that "Eating something will make the pain go away" but it never solved the problems and only caused more problems. and....I love and forgive myself anyway.....beautiful and loving concepts...."
