Thanks Lisa I have a whole box of it in my liquor cabinet but I can't do artificial sweeteners. They mess with me in many ways. I have been trying to make the "skinny bitch" Margaritas when I can though. I have been eating well for the past few days and nothing is budging. My stomach no matter what I eat feels bloated. It is getting close to TOM but I don't think that is my isssue. I have a colonoscopy coming up and in a way I hope they don't find anything obviously but I sure would love it if someone could solve my mystery symptoms. It's getting very frustrating.

Still plugging away at the diet. The diet worked really well in the beginning. But we find that by taking the two days off, that we gain weight back. It takes about a week to get the weight off that we gained by on the two days off. Then sometimes we lose a pound in the second week.

I feel really good, and overall my weight was 191 in November of 2008. I have dropped about 1 1/2 sizes. I just wish it was faster losing now that I am closer to goal.
