Anne and Terry, must I remind you of the rules. It's 4#-8# loss per month. Now follow the rules. lol. So happy for you both. Jessie you get a big gold star. Congrats to everyone. I lost 5 lbs. This has been the most in the last 4 or 5 challenges.

Teresa and Sheila, oh my goodness you two are so funny.

My son was up most of the night vomiting. He is such a brave little sweetie pie. Hopefully whatever it was is gone today.

Nat, so happy that you were able to dust yourself off and continue. That must have been scarey.

Well this month has been a doozie

I lost 3lbs then I gained 6lbs then I lost 3lbs.
Roller coaster city.
