MY PLAN is part of this forum. The wide green menu bar at the top has a link to My P.L.A.N. if you want to start using it for yourself. In User CP you have some control over what others can see. I'm pretty open with my info, so if you want to see what is in my MY PLAN, just click on the MY PLAN button in the lower right of any of my posts. There you can view my meals, see my exercise log, and my weight chart. To see different dates you simply click on the calendar.
The food database in My Plan is outdated and incomplete. Sometimes I have to pick something close to what I actually ate. But if I take the time I can manually enter foods and recipes for the things that I eat. It took me some time to key in the things that I typically eat, but once done it makes logging my food fairly quick. You can also create food lists of your typical meals. I have one called Std Meat & Eggs breakfast. If I pick that it dumps the 5 things I typically eat into my breakfast meal slot, then I adjust it there if what I ate didn't actually conform to my norm. MY PLAN is sort of clunky and old. There are much better apps out there with more complete food databases and more information and nutrition reports about your diet. But MY PLAN is good enough for me. It is here so I started using it.
P.S. If you do look at what I eat you'd be better off looking at what logged in 2015 & 2016 when I was losing. Right now I'm training for running a 10K next month. Working out hard makes me want to eat more. So while I'm keeping it very low carb, I'm eating tons of fat and protein. I'm also not losing any weight. I find that working out hard and eating sufficiently low for weight loss is a tough thing to do.
