Default I will take the flat toad! (Plat toad- plateau)

How how how am I up! I know the answer for me is not enough water but it's so frustrating to get on that dreaded scale and be up. I have a love/hate relationship with that dreaded piece of equipment.

I need to stay the course I know but hard not to get discouraged.

Any tips on staying motivated!

This may sound dumb but I have changed my scale to measure in Kilograms. My native measure is Pounds. Kilograms is a little abstract for me. I have mentioned before that as soon as I try to do the simple calculation in my head by multiplying by 2.2 I STOP. Let it go and remind myself that it doesn't really matter what the number on the scale says. What matters to me is that I'm practicing being consistent on my chosen plan the best I can right now.

Then I calmly go about my day without numbers bouncing around in my head, latching on to this particular one, or that one over there, in the future somewhere, that doesn't exit.

That is a great idea. I may have to do that. Thanks.
