My goal this month is the same as last: stick to the plan and don't let the carb monster outwit me. I've never lasted two months on any 'diet', so even though this is starting to feel easier, I'm trying to be prepared for some serious cravings somewhere along the way.

September
friday 01: 151.6
saturday 02: 151.8

Restart 30 Mar - 211
04/01 thru 04/30 - 210 to 205 - (5 lbs lost)
05/01 thru 05/31 - 205 to 200.8 (4.2 lbs lost)
06/01 thru 06/30 - 200.8 to 197 (3.8 lbs lost)
07/01 thru 07/28 - 197 to 195ish (I could see the underside of 195)(2 lbs lost)
07/29 thru 08/31 - 195ish to 195.5 (.5 gain)

September Goal - to see 190

09/01 - 195.5
09/02 - 195.5

No loss for August but no major regain either. Hubby's health issues have me worried, work is very hectic........etc. Here's to a new month and hopefully some loss on the scale. Didn't really test my glucose or ketones the month of August so started with that again this AM. Per my test this AM, glucose is good but ketones are low.

Have a great day everyone!

Thank You for any response!

I'm not sure this is the thread for discussions, but I'm new. No, I have no 'goal' in mind. I do know that during the course of an entire day, without telling myself to drink, I would have 1 cup of coffee in the morning (that will last me most of the day at work--and coffee is a diuretic) and 1 cup of water with supper (that will last me till bed). So clearly I am not trying to drown myself with 6 gallons of water per day. I'm just trying to stay hydrated by drinking a normal amount of water per day.

Thanks Suemi, I was on this thread for about a year some time ago and we had some back and forth with each other, usually encouragement and asking/answering questions. Thanks for answering mine!
