I am not exactly a Newbie, but I have been gone for about 8 years. I had great success back in 2009 going from about 240 to 165. Then I went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with AFIB, and that totally threw me off. Well I am getting ready to finally retire, and I want to at least get down to 200 by the end of the year and move back to Florida. I got off to a fantastic start that I know is impossible to maintain, but it sure did lift my spirits.
