What supplements are recommended? Could you be specific as to where to purchase, etc.

Reading from Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (the new edition) pages 135 and 136, he recommends the following on induction: a broad spectrum, high potency multivitamin (I found that prenatal vitamins are great), Essential fatty acids such as flaxseed oil or fish oil and L-glutamine (500 mg) if you experience sugar cravings. All of these are available at most pharmacies and health food stores. I'm sure GNC and other fitness stores carry them as well. Dr. Atkins also recommends between 200 and 600 mg of Chromium daily which helps stabilize blood sugar and burn fat. Happy low carbing!
