Poo, check out the Carb Counter under "low carb tools", wine does have carbs although not many. The thing to watch out for with alcohol is that it will slow weight loss and dehydrated you. Your body will burn alcohol before it goes after carbs or stored fat. Drink plenty of water if you do indulge; and watch out that having a few drinks doesnt also impair your LC judgement
