Hmmmm. How do I begin a journal and where on the website can I find more information about journals such as what goes into them and why have one.

I just wanted you all to know that I've opened my journal. What Fun! How does anyone get anything done? It's so tempting to spend a lot of time here. But I have to go and attack clutter.
