Another week down, MOMD 28 days. But weight is UP . Another field trial this last weekend, so plenty of walking. Kept everything legal and not really a ton of food, but a decent amount of nuts and we did grab McD on the way home (bunless McDoubles for me) which really seems to set me back lately, plus a lot of diet soda which I'm also becoming suspicious about. Also the issue of not enough sleep.
