I know what you mean! Pizza is my biggest addiction. It's really the only food that I miss.. We just have to stay strong and tell that pizza who's boss!

Scrape off the toppings and enjoy The pizza sauce may have some carbs, and you may go over your cheese limit, but having a toppings dish is better then giving in and having a piece.

What you can also do is put the toppings on a salad, maybe with some ranch dressing. I know it sounds really weird, but it's good and filling. some pizza places even offer pizza salads.

If you're jonesing for pizza, Donald's pizza quiche is really good. It's actually not really like a quiche; the egg—along with quite a bit of cheese—is just used to make the bottom layer. The first time I made it, I was worried that it would be too eggy, but it wasn't. I recommend using strongly flavored toppings, like Italian sausage and pepperoni.

I didn't cave in...

but I could have kicked him in his head whne he followed me upstairs with a slice going "mmmm mmmm so good".

He thinks he was funny.

As for the toping tip...I got very very close to doing that... but was afraid if I even got that close to it to scrape the toppings off I might just chow it down. :P "One slice wont' hurt"

I did stay strong though. Thanks for the ideas!!
