Your shrimp in a salad sounds good.

In Saturday, a friend was visiting from out of town, so we went to a Korean bbq. It was amazing- I ate tons of the soy chicken (soy marinade not vegetarian faux meat), and the spicy chicken. I also had lots of green salad, Kim chi bean sprouts, and pickled radish.
The filling sauces were soy, sesame, garlic and peanut. I stuck to the first 3, since they weren't sweet.
I also had an embarrassing amount of diet coke. That stuff is salty and I was dying.

Last night I wanted something light after that meat fest:
went with a Mediterranean mix of
flax crackers
Trader Joe's cauliflower tabbouleh (no rice)
Roasted eggplant tapenade

I love to cook, (and eat!)

Lobster tails were on sale this week along with ez-peel jumbo shrimp so Sunday night we had butterflied lobster tails marinated in lemon & butter, shrimp kabobs marinated in butter & lime & sprinkled with a bit of cayenne pepper to add a little zip and stuffed mushrooms. We also split a bottle of Bai Coconut Infusion in wine glasses on the rocks Everything together was about 11 carbs each, mostly from the Bai drink

Tonight we had broiled bacon wrapped chicken livers, each one halved and wrapped in half a strip of bacon and held with a toothpick. Along with those we had spicy deviled eggs and half a cucumber stuffed with a delicious cream cheese and dill concoction, and this time we shared a bottle of Bai Watermelon on the rocks. All together about 13 carbs each.

We both have been skipping a meal and eating almost zero carbs for lunch or breakfast so we can treat ourselves to the Bai drink with dinner.

Bill, please toss in an extra lobster tail. I'm on my way!

Last night, I had work so I had flaxseed crackers with egg salad before I left.
Then I had tiger nuts and got cocoa when I got home.

Tonight we are having garlic chicken sausages. I'm the side, I am making a sheet of roasted broccoli and bell peppers and trying out the new trader Joe's everything bagel seasoning i picked uo. It is supposed to be great on meat, fish and veggies

Today for dinner I'm going to make low carb tacos! YUM! - (Actually you might call them low carb Mexican lettuce wraps.) I use the little boats of the Romaine hearts as taco shells and load them up with taco meat, and a little sour cream, diced roma tomato, cilantro, cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeno and guacamole!

Me too - I will see if I can catch a ride with Robin!!! Your food sounds great - especially the Bai drink...

Still doing variations on salad w/sauteed shrimp, bacon bits, homemade Ranch, etc. I have a new salad to try tonight. (Still stupid hot here... but cooling down fast once the sun takes its nightly dive...)

Last night was a left-over night. It was also an IF day so dinner was my only meal. I ate plenty.

Steak
Sautéed zucchini, onions, & bell peppers
Salad with ranch dressing. Some raw broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes and shredded cheese to top the lettuce.
SF Gelatin with HWC
Flax mug muffin with chia seeds & hemp hearts (15g of fiber)

Doing lazy Friday night meal-
Heating up precooked chicken with this new "Autumn vegetable" salsa i found (has pumpkin, butternut, a bit of apple), and melted cheddar. Will throw it over very lightly sauteed garlic spinach.

I'll have to give that a try.

Tonight's dinner will likely be the same as yesterday's dinner...

Roast beef
raw cucumber, broccoli, and cauliflower
a tossed salad with cheese & ranch dressing
whole milk cottage cheese
SF gelatin with a dab of HWC
and finally a pumpkin spice flax muffin or some pork rinds. I'll decide later.

Arugula and Shrimp Salad w/Orange Viniagrette - new recipe, good! The dressing only had a couple T of fresh squeezed OJ in it, so it was ok. I used the shrimp from the Old Bay Shrimp Boil. They are delicious...

Shrimp sauteed with a little white cooking wine, garlic, olive oil and a salad (lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomato) with a lite vinaigrette. And one chocolate square (1 of 10 in Lindt bar), my reward for being good all day:-) The wife and son had the shrimp over white rice...those were the days.
