Another good month with niacin. I'm now doing 2.5k, when a bit of nausea turned out to be from the higher doses. Dropping down a bit fixed that.

I also recently got back my ability to eat a big, late, lunch, and fast the rest of the time. There's been considerable mayhem at work, once that resolved, it's like my body said, "Okay, don't need that much at the moment."

Since I take it for anxiety and "cortisol resistance management," the ability to monitor and adjust my dose like this is a fantastic advantage. Unlike standard SSRIs, niacin seems to act quickly and let me figure out what next.

The one meal might be a snag, but I have found I can take one does before and one after, which spaces them out nicely, and I still wind up with three.

Now taking between 1.5 and 2k. Same pattern; feeling a bit of nausea, dropped down, then starting getting a bit of "flush" with the lower dose, which indicates I've hit my sweet spot.

And it makes sense that I am taking less... job finished its reconfiguration, after a couple of months of mayhem, and now I come home with actual energy in my tank!
