I ahve accomplished my first 4 months

Feeling great I have completed my first four month on the Atkins low carb diet and am pleased start weight 302 1/2 todays weight 260, inches lost Hips - 4 3/4" Waist 5" Bust 3 1/2". I have set a goal for myself to be down to 200 by Christmas thats 60 pounds I have to loose in the next 6 months (CAN I DO IT). . . I am gonna give it all I got.

60 lbs. is a realistic goal for Christmas.

But, my suggestion for right now is, break it down into 10 lb mini-goals. 10 lbs. is SO achievable ... and there may be some days when 60 lbs. might seem overwhelming.

Or maybe give yourself an alternate goal too, such as a certain (realistic) number of inches lost. You've already done so well...

Keep on truckin' girl. And keep us posted for sure!!!
