Bleu cheese and fresh fruit salad.
Mesclun (mixed baby salad greens)
Pears and or strawberries, chopped
Slivered almonds, toasted
bleu cheese
Dressing:
Fresh Raspberries, and or saskatoon berries
white wine vinegar, and apple cider vinegar
white pepper
virgin olive oil
sea salt
poppy seeds
Chop pears and strawberries into smallish pieces. Crumble bleu cheese. Toast almonds if they arent already. Wash and dry salad greens. Mix well in a serving bowl.
For dressing, purree berries, and add other ingredients to taste. Shake well, serve over the salad.
