I see a few of you have stated that you haven't updated your stats since returning to your LC ways. Well guess what?! I didnt either until last week and I have to say it is nice once agian changing those numbers instead of seeing them and saying to myself "I will get back there". Honestly, I feel this is one place (this forum) where you should be honest with yourself. None of us here are here to judge you ~ and being honest with YOU is the best gift you can give yourself.
Good point! I thought it was hard admitting my new stats. My only saving grace is they didn't start as high as 2000. You are right we should be able to be 100% honest here
it took me a while to change my stats. i had that same mindset, i'll get back there, i'm not changing it til i do. but now that i have, i feel better and it's nice to see that number starting to go down again.
Plan: Dr's plan Atkins like
Stats: 237/208/140
BF:don't wanna know!
Progress: 30%
Location: Bristol, CT
I changed mine as soon as I got back... I feel it was the ONLY place I could say my true weight, and not feel bad about it... it has also kept me true to myself!
Mine are on target. Although I put 162 as a start for this program I started March 1st. My all time high was 173, but I didn't think I should use that since I haven't weighed that much for a number of years.

I did the same thing. Because if I used my very beginning stats it would sure make it look like I am doing much better than I really am. Plus I haven't weighed that since 2000
I did change mine but I had to guess at my start weight. I am always the same when I start lc. I am afraid that if I see what I weigh, I'll be discouraged and not do it. I didn't remember what I ended at before, so I couldn't use my old number anyway.
I have been thinking about it alot but I don,t have scales and I have been on this diet for several months already. My starting weight wasn,t as high as last time but I think where I,m at now is about right. According to jean fit anyway.
