Sugar Plum Recipe Question For Karen

Hi Karen,

I have been checking out your recipes. They all look so good I have had trouble deciding which ones to try first. I finally decided on the Sugar Plums. I am confused about the amount of strawberry jello. In the recipe it calls for (4) 11 gram/0.3 ounce packages of sugar free strawberry jello. I bought the packages of jello, but the amount per package listed says "NET WT 0.3 (8.5g). Did I buy the wrong thing?

28 (and a bit) grams equals an ounce, so .3 oz. is the closest to 11 grams without the ounce number getting messy.

Anyway, it's not enough difference to worry about. YOur sugar plums will turn out fine.

Watch out! They are very just-one-more-ish! They also freeze well.
