Congratulations Karen!!! I can't wait to get your cookbook. I have asked my husband to get it for me for Valentines Day. I figure it is the perfect gift for both of us. Me for my weight loss efforts, and my husband to eat delicious meals. He loves it when I cook, and is always eager to try new recipes with me, though I always add some higher carb veggies, pasta, and potatoes for him. He can afford the extra carbs, as he weighs a whopping 156 soaking wet!

Thanks everyone. I got a copy on Amazon that said "like new" condition for only $20 plus $3.99 shipping. I got new cookware for Christmas and wanted to try some new dishes to cook in them. The reviews sound wonderful. Hopefully my cooking skills will do them justice.
