How wonderful to read something in the press so positive about high fat/low carb eating. Thanks for leading by example, Karen .

It is available on Amazon, but expensive (slightly under $40 for a used copy). I guess it is out of print. Good luck

It seems to be available from the Fish House Restaurant, even a signed copy. Try this link: The Low-Carb Gourmet

Congratulations Karen!!! I can't wait to get your cookbook. I have asked my husband to get it for me for Valentines Day. I figure it is the perfect gift for both of us. Me for my weight loss efforts, and my husband to eat delicious meals. He loves it when I cook, and is always eager to try new recipes with me, though I always add some higher carb veggies, pasta, and potatoes for him. He can afford the extra carbs, as he weighs a whopping 156 soaking wet! Again Congratulations on your books, and thank you so much for helping start this wonderful forum.

I have this cookbook, and it's a beautiful book - one of those 'coffee table worthy' kind of books, and the food is fabulous.

Thanks everyone. I got a copy on Amazon that said "like new" condition for only $20 plus $3.99 shipping. I got new cookware for Christmas and wanted to try some new dishes to cook in them. The reviews sound wonderful. Hopefully my cooking skills will do them justice.

Just wait till you try the homemade ranch dressing atop the spinach, bacon and avocado salad....out of this world. Everyone thinks I'm a great cook...not true. It's the book.
