4 bacon and 3 eggs (yolks only) fried in the cast iron skillet.

But... I am so jealous of Thud's breakfast.

Actually that reminds me of the veggies I use to cook with my eggs. I need to get back into that, it's so good!

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with strawberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Will have some decaf coffee a little later.

Getting these at a place called "Fresh Thyme" They are new here and I think based in Chicago. It's like Whole Foods and Trader Joes had an ugly baby, just kidding They have weekly specials that kick ass so I go there for those and, as they have schemed, pick up a few other things.

Panfried Lamb Shoulder Chop. Breakfast. Half of it is bones, the other half is fat and the rest is some meat. Delicious and useful!

Grilled cheese made with butter and olive oil on Spinach bread, double sharp cheddar. mmmmmmm

I have enough to make it tomorrow, too.
Last week's breakfast was Egg/avocado spread on spinach "bread" with extra mayo.

2 eggs over easy with 1 sautéed mushroom and 1 scallion, 1 homemade sugar-free breakfast sausage patty. 2 oz. half and half with my coffee.
