Hi

I am wanting to start a log for my gym and exercise I hope this puts the little green tab on bottom right of my journal? It did Great

30 minutes on 3.4 ir 3.4 on treadmill
other various machines

30 min treatmill 1.66 miles
5 min on elyptical

I have to start doing more but I am walking further as I park away from building now!

I have to work better at posting my gym visits

Today did 2 miles on the treadmill and have walked quite a bit so far today 8289 steps hope to get to 10000 yet today the fitbit is new for me!

Walked over 10000 steps today 10779 to be exact!!!
I am exhausted
Will try to track my sleep if I can figure it out

35 min on treadmill at 3 or higher at times
did other machines
5 min on elyptical I will try to increase it by 5 next time I have a hard time on this one!!

then went grocery shopping My fitbit is getting a workout today of course I am off work today so it is easier to work out!

Thursday did 35 min on treadmill and then other machines
did 12642 steps the highest so far on fitbit!!
Friday I was on call so could not go to the gym and did only make it to 9575
I am off to the gym today so hopefully will get over 10000 steps!! That is my goal!

Worked out Saturday and today
My steps today 15096
I did 40 min on treadmill and the machines
I am exhausted tonight moved furniture did laundry and have been busy all day!!

I am totally not good at updating the gym log!
Went to the gym and walked on the treadmill today, then walked Gracie after dinner.
I was amazed I have walked 12452 steps today which is 5.36 miles

I am walking all I can, and I park further away. I do know when I do this my feet are killing me at night and need to take Aleve. Hopefully this will get better cause they hurt!

Hi

I have been slacking a bit but Saturday I made up for it!

rode 9 miles on a bike with my brother!! I had not been on a bike in 20 years~!! I was a bit nervous but did fine. Then my SIL and I walked around the lake about 3 times which is about a mile. Was a great day!!

Tuesday 35 min on the treadmill at 3 to 6 incline ( I will keep it at 3 from now on)
Wednesday walked 3 times with Gracie and cont to park far away to get my steps in

Did 2 miles on gthe treadmill and walked a craft show, Target, and other stores for 14287 steps I am past tired!! Took a bath and am going to bed soon after I read for awhile!

Long time since I have been in this journal

I went to Florida was very active in the 6 days I had over 10000 steps but then fell off the following week back home.

Today however, I met friends at the gym and the day began! 2 miles on the treadmill and have so far done 5.91 miles total!! So today, I am back to activity and plan to keep it up!
