Default haven't gain but have to do a clean up ugh!!

So life has been a roller coaster everywhere. We just moved states not to mention watching my weight as well. our kitchen is just now ready and because I didn't have a kitchen we ate out quite a bit. I always choose the best things I could not to mention I've been eating nuts like crazy. and i think nuts are a problem for me because they have started my carb cravings. They are so intense. so im dropping the nuts (no more take out food either but after 4 weeks eh.... I think I wont be missing it much lol) and going back to meat and eggs for three days just to kill my appetite. I just cant go back I just cant...............
