I got My Fitness Pal, struggled with it all day to get my meals in. At the end of the day I only had 1100 calories. So I made a salad, added 1/2 avocado.

Carbs 26 G
Fat 126 G
PRO 96 G

Calories 1,626

Hang in there , it becomes easier! once you have entries, recent or favorites pop up first. also recipes...if you use a standard like Wheat Belly pizza, or some of Linda's low carb, search the recipes database first, be surprised how many are already in there.
Their help center section has many tips to make entry easier. usually the first result when you search something is the USDA ...and tip, that has a drop down menu for many different serving sizes, like oz, grams or cups...took me a year to realize that was there
