Any one try these Atkins Advantage Bars. I just had the Chocolate Coconut. The first bite it was not bad. Then after that I had to drink some water. Package says there are 2 grams of carbs. How do they make them taste sweet like that. They are to sweet and too dry. I threw the other half in the garbage. I will put the other two bars on ebay and grab a piece of celery. LOL.

Wink Atkins Bars

Where do you live so I can pick your garbage!! Atkins bars here cost just over 5 dollars with tax and they are made in Canada. Have you been on Atkins long? After awhile of going without treats if someone sprinkled artifiacial sweetner on a stick I would chew it. But you are on teh right track. It is best to wean one's self away from sweets.
I find drinking diet leomnade makes me crave sweets bad. And then i get very thirsty.
Enjoy your celery.

They were only $1.69. I live in Michigan so maybe thats why they are cheaper. I am only 25 miles from the Ambassador Bridge. I have been on the Atkins diet part time. About every 3 weeks I reward my self with some NO NO's. I have been on it since September. 52 lbs. are gone. I think everyone is wrong when they stay on it until they lose their weight. I was eating bad food every day. 5 pops, candy bars, and fast food. I am much more happier cheating every 3 weeks. I have no problem going back on the next day. I have dieted before. Lost the weight and went back to the old habits. I now have to look foward to a new way of life. Eating good most the time and having something high in carbs every so often. I can make goals for myself as far as when I will cheat. In 4 weeks the Super Bowl will be on T.V. and I will be at a party. I know that day I will have some bad food. Up until then I will stay off the extra junk carbs and keep them low. You are craving sweets. You will be craving sweets until you lose all your weight. then you will gourge. Thats what I did. And when I cheated before without wanted to I felt depressed. Not anymore.

You sound as though you have everything under control. I lost 50 pounds and was at goal by Dec, last year and maintained well until the summer. I quit smoking and once I went off the patch the weight started to come back on. I weighed 140 from my usual 125 to 130.I have been having a problem getting that extra 12 pounds off now. One day I was 144 so I ate everything in site that day and started back the next day. I went back down to 138. Now I am planning on a cheat Christmas Day . Maybe that will shock something. I am eating low carb now but seem to be in the OWL plan rather than induction I guess. Need to get those carbs lower.I still crave those dam cigarettes so bad at times, but won't go back.
Do you exercise Turbodin?

I just started to exercise more at home. I am very active at work. I think that a change of life has to occur before you can lose the weight and keep it off. Have you been using your Ketone Sticks NNN? I find when I plan a cheat day like the Superbowl. I think to my self that I am going to pig out that day. But when the day comes. I tend to eat very little of the cheat food. And I do not like to call it a cheat day.

I do not use those sticks and never have. I am not even sure if I can get them here in Nova Scotia. Haven't checked. I rode our stationary bike for a half an hour and then did some other exercises... Just starting with the weights. I am active in my job too, teaching so my feet are tired at the end of a day and I am not mucgh into exercising but riding the bike is not too bad and in warmer weather we go bike riding. How about a binge day instead if a cheat day.
