Default Canned Coleslaw

Has anyone made Canned Coleslaw using Splenda? (You know the recipe....with Vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and celery seed, boiled and put on top of your coleslaw ingredients)

Yup - works - delicious - wouldn't know the difference.

EXCEPT my tastebuds are such that I use a LOT less splenda - ounce for ounce - than sugar.

I didn't know about the posted recipe.

My mom used to make that coleslaw and I always loved it. It was one of the first (and only) low carb alterations I attempted.

But highly recommended all the same!
