I am new to the forum, and I have a question on your experience with hot sauce. I am a NUT when it comes to my Frank's Red Hot. I tend to drench things in it. Question: Has this "stalled" anyone? Anyone have success on induction while eating lots of hot sauce? Please let me know. THANKS!
Load on the Franks Red hot because it's totally carb free. I go through bottles of the stuff monthly!!!! You can also have 15 hot pepper rings too! I love spicy and it goes on everything

Frank's is great stuff
I would not agree that it's zero carbs. Remember under labeling laws if its less than 1gm per serving (of carbs), they can list it as zero grams. The main ingredient according to the label is aged red cayenne peppers which are picked from a plant, ergo contain some carbohydrates. I've never stalled using it.
