Default no abdominals or tae bo this week yet!

Just a note,

Have not done any tae-bo or abdominal work this week yet
I really wrenched my neck and it was really stiff


I have chronic neck stiffness from an old injury so I tend to be careful with it.

Still lc'ing and walking,,,and still losing....
