That would be a good name for a blog, too. Or a rock band.

July 3:
30 minutes swimming with the kids

July 4:
5 minute warmup on the trampoline
Couch to 5K Week 1 -- 60 sec jogging/90 sec walking, 20 minutes

July 5:
Leg lifts 3/10/50
Close-grip bench press 3/10/35
Fly 3/10/25 per arm
Calf raises 3/10/35
Squats 3/8/35
10 crunches, 10 situps with 20-pound weight on chest

Abs are my Waterloo, I swear.

Biceps curl 3/10/40
Bench 3/10/40
