Default Finally a couple of minor goals met

I have experienced fullness for about 10 days this month. Those who don't have the hunger problem I so much envy you. It is much easier to eat this way if you can actually experience fullness.

I shopped at macys and fit into the clothes there!

Finally below 210 permanently, I been struggling going from 207.8-213. up and down, up and down those 5 pounds. But finally after 3-4 months, I have had 3 weeks of being below 210.

And I finally lost 1 pound in 6 weeks and broke through to 206.8.

Happy dancing!!!! Yeah

So thrilled! looking forward to putting this stall behind me and be in the one hundreds by sometime in october.

I am so so happy Over a pound no less!

31.8 more pounds to go...

Only 31.8? Wow. 82% lost. That is fantastic. I mean even if it stops here for a week or more all you have to do is think "82% lost" and be 100% comfortable about your progress.

I'm starting to close in on my first major goal too and it's kinda creepy. I mean it's like I've planned a trip to Italy, got diverted three or four times and now I'm Sardinia and have no idea what I want to do when I get to Italy. Do I want to see the sites? Travel a bit more? Am I okay with staying in Sardinia? Will I want to relax in my hotel? I don't know and they are all good choices. Having lots of good choices is a new experience.

Thanks inflammable You are a sweetie!

I know what you mean! I have some celebrations when I hit my final goal. I think I need one though for when I hit 100s. Need to think about it.

But my final things I will start with when I hit 175 are:

First 2 different shopping sprees on in fall and one in spring.

second, I always wanted a 1980s convertible BMW 325i.

Third, I want to goto disney world and ride on the rides, walk around.

4th, I want to go out dancing and or take some dance lesson with hubby (if I can get him to do it).

5th, I want to go on a 2 week snorkeling vacation to different spots.

6th, I want to go parasailing.

7th I love to be able to windsurf with hubby again (if I can get the back to play along after all the weight loss)

8th I love to be able to bike with hubby again (if I can get the feet and calf cramps to stop)
