Thumbs up

Hello,
Just checking in to tell everyone I'm doing fine.
I started at 174lb and after 7 weeks im down to 157lb,
15/lb to go. I'm not have any problems on my diet i had my Dr. give me a check up blood work and he was surprised at the results. I have found a place in Florida that has low carb bake foods i got some bread and buns from them and i love the buns 4.9 carbs per bun and they are good, cost a lot but I love them. I can make this owl, I love when people say you lost some weight, looking good. Well thank for the great site and I'll chat again soon.

Thank you
Don 174/157 soon to be 140

Way to go Don. You could try Wa'il's bread recipe listed on this site under recipes. I hear it is good.
Keep up the great work

Cool kewl

Good for you, Don. Especially over the holiday season too. NNN is right, if you are culinarily-inclined, Wa'il's bread is delicious, and I can attest to this from personal experience. Here's the link to the Recipe - http://www.lowcarb.ca/recipes/bread104.html

keep us posted on your continued success,
Doreen
