Default Chestnuts/Christmas Food, What's tempting you?

Of all the Christmas food in the shops it's the chestnuts that are winking at me!! I have checked them out and they are around 50% carb :-(

So, last night I fried some cooked brussel spouts in butter and walnuts. It was really tasty and a good substitute for those gawjus chestnuts I am craving.

Also struggling to resist Christmas cake and Quality Street............ It's a long challenging build up to the actual day!

I'm that one person in a million that loves fruit cake. I could probably make a low carb version with coconut flour, pecans, and berries if it haunts me too much.
