Precor Cross Training:

Inner and Outer thigh machines:

3 Mile Bike ride with my DH - around 30 minutes

Treadmill - less than 29 minutes = 2 MILES
(Did a slow jog at 4.3 to 4.4 mph)

Exercise Bike - less than 14 minutes = 6 miles 1/2 = 3 MILES
(I am going to cut the distance to 3 miles because I'm not sure if the distance is calculating right on the digital monitor the bike has)

Crunches = 200

5 MILES DOWN!!!

3 MORE MILES ON THE BIKE w/my DH and our dog

Treadmill - 3/4 mile (I got a cramp in my side so I had to stop; I tried to walk it off but couldn't)

Exercise Bike - less than 25 = 10.5 Miles but I will cut the distance as I have been doing and make it 5.25 Miles.

Default Day 11, 12 and 13

Day 11- Saturday- my DH and I walked 3 miles.

Day 12- Sunday- my DH and I went on a bike ride - 4 miles.

Day 13- Monday- we went for a walk - 3.5 miles.

Total of 10.5 miles. Btw, on Sunday, I got out of bed and my calves were sore. I have no idea why this happens sometimes after he and I go for our walks; it never does after I do the treadmill.

Went for a bike ride by myself. In was a pain in the rear getting my bike down from the bike hooks my DH set up in the garage for all of our bikes. Anyway, didn't give up. It was nice going for a ride by myself. No dog, no DH. Especially since it made the ride faster.

Bike ride - 27 minutes = 5.5 Miles
BTW, DH and I went for a walk last night which was about a mile.

So, down 6.5 MILES. I think I will actually make my goal of 75 miles this month, the bike rides help.


Treadmill - 15 minutes = 1 Mile

7.5 Miles Down.
