Default Stationary Bike/Treadmill

Day 2

Stationary Bike:
33 minutes and 30 seconds = 10 MILES

Treadmill:
42 minutes and 20 seconds = 3 miles
2 MILES JOGGING
1 MILE WALKING

The funny thing is when I started jogging, I really didn't want to do it, no motivation but once I got into it I was able to keep going. Funny how that works.

Couldn't do my treadmill afterwards because I spent too much time looking for my dogs this morning. They got out of our backyard.

Gotta sayyou are doing GREAT!!! I can only make it these days to 1 mile a day and I am inspited by your eercises to try and so more a day. I know this should be done gradually but I am admittedly lazy when it comes to eercise. I wonder how mamy steps make 2 miles?

Wow, I can't wait until I can get that kind of mileage in such a short time! No wonder you look great! Do you train with weights at all? I enjoy weights, but cardio isn't my favorite. I'll learn to love it, though. Thanks for stopping by my gym log. I need all of the motivation I can get. At this point, I'm just trying to add some basic movement into my life. The hardcore stuff can come later. Have you always been a runner, or is it a new habit? Either way, you're doing a great job!
