Today I skipped breakfast 'cept for my coconut oil coffee and had what I've been having as usual for lunch - a bag of my oat konjac noodles in broth - 0 cals, 0 net carbs.
Lately, lunch has actually been "break fast" for me, but not exactly IF because I have a mug of coffee with cream (no sweetener) every morning.
Anyway ...
Today's mid-day meal consisted of sardines (yep, the canned ones), pan-fried in butter with chopped red onion, a side of scrambled eggs plus sliced cucumber and tomato.
