A BLT Salad with a Nothern Italian dressing. I can't eat eggs, seeing as how they make me ill, so I eat lunch foods for breakfast.

Also, diet grapefruit soda.
I'm addicted to the stuff. :T

left over piece of barbeque meat from last night (maybe 3 - 4 oz) along with some asparagus and broccoli fried a bit with onion and garlic (in butter of course). not bad but the meat was better hot off the grill.

These threads make me hungry! Bacon and eggs with cheese for me. And some fruit to go along with it. Although I go through times where eggs are the last thing I want, there is something special about bacon and eggs.

made a mushroom omelet with 6 large eggs and 2 pretty big fresh mushrooms that I sliced up, shared it with my wife. Now I'm out of eggs.

It was a bit chilly this a.m.- nice to switch it up and have a big mug of Coconut Coffee with HnH, as opposed to iced coffee. Slurp, slurp.
