Hi Everyone,

Back on LC after along a difficult year 2013. Lost a step-daughter in January (cancer) my precious father 9-11-13 and my best companion Fizzy, my poodle 9-22-13 (cancer). Had left knee total replacement 9-30-13. Whew. I has taken me a while to recoup and get my head on straight.

So here I am again, restarting. Part of the restart date is due to the fact that my rt TKR will be done 5-12-14. No hospital food(white bread, potatoes, etc with every meal) for this chick anymore I am taking my own cooler of food!

So I have a plan to follow and have already lost my sweet tooth. Loving the fact that the cravings are gone.

Glad this forum is still up and active.
